1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds are considered only for technical issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours after notification.
- You must allow our support team to troubleshoot the issue.
- If the service is proven non-functional on our side and cannot be fixed, a full or partial refund may be issued.
2. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- After 7 days from purchase date.
- If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with channel/content selection.
- For issues caused by your internet connection, ISP blocking, or incompatible equipment.
- If your account is terminated for violating Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact customer support with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Upon refund, access to the Service is terminated immediately.
